• 6 bays pump station. Cat 310 pumps 3 HP 3 phase, electrical control panels
• 2 pump stands have two pumps and motors all wired, 2 pump stands have 1 motor, all wired.
• All valves for high pressure soap, wax, rinse, Foam brush and tire cleaner.
• Equipment is well maintained, excellent condition. Property was sold and equipment was placed into heated storage, all equipment was in full operation until the building was demolished. Pumps were always well maintained with regular oil changes, all pumps and motors run great.
• 1 stainless steel storage with compartments for hot and cold water and 6 compartments for chemical and mixing products.
