- I have a pump stand, PLC control box, all signs and the rails with a damaged bridge
- The bridge could be rebuilt with new covers, sensors and the e-chain and wires/hoses would need to be replaced
- The main side e-chain would need new hoses and wires harness as well
- The unit had all the heat, tri-foam and foam n’ flow options when installed
- All the items have just been removed and are stored inside, except for the bridge
- The pump stand and control cabinet is undamaged by the fire that only occurred in the bay
- The majority of the concern to rebuild the bridge was the lines in the e-chain on the trolley in the bridge and the wires to the proximity sensors, the sensors themselves and sonar from heat damage
- We actually had it powered up with no real errors before it was removed and drove the bridge to a position to take it off the rails.
- All of the bay signs with LED’s will be included, sonars, door eye boxes and undercarriage eye brackets and undercarriage amplifiers. All of the factory supplied junction boxes are included. New eyes will be needed as the cables were cut to remove them.
- It will need a new side chain umbilical cables and hoses as they were damaged in removal. The e-chain is intact. It was mounted in a narrow bay, under 13’-6”, so it has a narrow bay wall mount kit with the rails.
- It has heat, weep, triple foam, premium door controls and foam n’ flow. There is no Spotfree pump as we never had one from Washworld and used our own design.
